Friends and colleagues, mountain adventurers and lovers of the whisper of the forest, come join us on an unforgettable adventure! On September 27 (Saturday), we will hold our second event of the season under the bright motto "BOROVETS FOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM".
If you have been one of our heroes in previous years, you know what to expect! Our event is not just a gathering of people, but a real celebration for the whole family - including introducing young nature lovers to sustainable practices, educational quizzes with many prizes and, of course, cleaning up after the summer "adventures" of visitors.
In Borovets, we pride ourselves on our commitment to nature and do not allow erosion processes. At the first sign of problems, we act quickly and adequately! This year, the focus of our day will be the afforestation of saplings in vulnerable places. With the active help of our partners –State forestry Samokov and the municipal forestry, we will be planting spruce and fir. And where exactly will this happen? Such a secret can only be revealed on the spot!
Not only colleagues will be involved in our day, but also athletes from sports teams from the Samokov municipality, as well as many family members. Get ready for laughter, teamwork and a little fun – and let's make Borovets even greener!
